3. RESTRICTED USE

3.1 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Service:

iv) To post unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate links or other forms of solicitation, which may be deleted without notice.

v) In any manner we reasonably think is an attempt to: (a) cheat the Service or another customer; or (b) collude with another customer to give either party an unfair advantage.

vi) For scraping our odds data or in any other manner infringing our intellectual property.

vii) In any manner considered illegal.

3.2 Transfers of Accounts

You cannot transfer your account to any third party and you may not acquire a third-party account.

3.3 Account closure upon unauthorized use

We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account, with written notice, should you use the Service for unauthorized purposes.

4. Privacy

4.1. Data Protection

Your information will be guarded and processed in accordance with these Terms and Zuplay Privacy Policy.

4.2. Confidentiality

We cannot disclose your identity and/or betting activity unless such disclosure is required by any applicable law, by any regulatory body or by any financial institution, or is permitted by Zuplay Privacy Policy.

4.3. Data Transfer

Upon registration, you hereby consent that your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA for the purpose of providing services.

5. Your Account

5.1. Promotions and Bonuses

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions, competitions, bonuses, or special offers at any time. These may have separate terms and conditions. Wagering requirements for promotions/bonuses must be met using your main account balance first. Once wagering requirements are met, all funds are automatically transferred to your main balance. 

5.3. No Credit

We do not offer credit for using the Service.

5.4. Account Closure or Suspension

We may close or suspend your account and refund any balance if you violate the Terms, to ensure service integrity or fairness, or for other reasonable reasons. We may not always provide prior notice.

5.5. Right to Refuse or Limit Wagers

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any wager at any time for any reason, including suspected fraudulent bets placed to circumvent betting limits or system rules.

5.6. Cancellation of Bets on Closed/Suspended Accounts

If your account is closed or suspended due to a Terms violation, we may cancel and/or void any of your bets.

5.7. Correction of Erroneous Credits

If any amount is mistakenly credited to your account, it remains our property. We will notify you and withdraw the mistaken amount.

5.8. Self-Exclusion

Customers have the right to self-exclude from using the Service. These requests must be received from the customer's registered email address and sent to the designated support email address.

5.11. Account Closure

To close your account, please email a request from your registered email address to the designated support email address.

6. Depositing Funds

8. Payment Transactions and Processors

8.1. Payment Responsibility and Chargebacks

You are responsible for paying all amounts owing to us. Payments must not be made in bad faith and you must not attempt to reverse a payment or take steps that cause a third party to reverse a payment in order to avoid a valid liability. You will reimburse us for any chargebacks, denials, or reversals and any ancillary losses and if applicable we reserve the right to charge a administration fee per chargeback, denial or reversal.

8.2. Third-Party Payment Processors

We may use third-party electronic payment processors or merchant banks to process your payments. You agree to be bound by their terms and conditions, provided they are disclosed to you and do not conflict with these Terms.

8.3. Transaction Monitoring

All transactions on our site may be monitored to prevent money laundering or terrorist financing. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities depending on the relevant jurisdiction.

9. Errors

9.1. System or Process Errors

If there is a system or process error or malfunction, then all bets affected by that error or malfunction are void. You must inform us as soon as you become aware of any error with the Service. We are not liable for any direct or indirect costs, expenses, losses, or claims resulting from communication or system errors, bugs, or viruses related to the Service or payments made due to a defect or error in the Service. We reserve the right to void affected games/bets and take corrective action.

9.2. Casino System Malfunctions

Should there be a live casino system malfunction or casino and slots  disconnection, all bets in the affected game are considered void. In the event of a system failure or game error, where an error occurs in the calculation of odds, charges, fees, rake, bonuses, payoffs, currency conversion or other casino system malfunction ("Casino Error"), we reserve the right to void all wagers or bets, and/or deduct funds from your account relating to the Casino Error.

9.3. Posting Errors

However, if a bet is accepted at odds that are materially different from the general market at the time or obviously incorrect given the probability of the event at the time, because of human error or system problems, we reserve the right to cancel or declare void the wager, including wagers placed after an event has begun.

9.4. Recovery of Overpayments

We are entitled to recover any overpaid amount and adjust your account to the correct position in respect of any error, including incorrect pricing or an incorrect event result. If your account is in credit, then we may require you to pay us the corresponding positive balance relating to the error in respect of any related bets or wagers. We may cancel, reduce, or delete any pending plays, whether placed with the erroneous funds or not.

10.1. Sport-Specific Rules vs. General Rules

If there are specific rules for a sport, they take precedence over general rules.

10.2. Event Winners and Suspensions

The winner of an event is decided by the results on the date of settlement, regardless of protests or overturned decisions. Suspended events are decided by our pre-defined wagering rules for that sport.

10.4. Wager Limits

We determine minimum and maximum wager amounts on all sporting events. These are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change individual account wager limits.

10.5. Customer Responsibility for Transactions

Customers are solely responsible for verifying their bets for correctness before submitting them. Once a transaction has been completed, it cannot be changed. We will not be liable for missing or duplicate wagers, and will not handle disputes regarding missing or duplicate bets. Customers can review their transaction history in their account area after each session.

10.6. Yes/No Proposition Wagers

For a Yes/No proposition wager on a named contestant to have action, the contestant must compete in the event.

10.7. Right to Remove Events and Restrict Access

We reserve the right to remove events, markets, and any other product from the website. We also reserve the right to restrict any player's casino or slots machine  game  access without prior notice.

13. Liability

Betting by Minors

14.1. Under age Account Suspension

If we suspect that you are underage, below 18 or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, your account will be suspended to prevent further bets or withdrawals. We will investigate whether you have been placing bets on behalf of someone underage.

14.2. Consequences of Underage Gambling

If we find that you:

Are currently underage

Were underage at the time of placing bets

Placed bets on behalf of someone underage

a) Any Winnings in your Account will be voided. b) You will repay any Winnings obtained while underage. c) We will return any deposited funds that are not Winnings (if any).

This also means that even if you are over 18 but gambling in a jurisdiction with a higher legal gambling age.

14.3. Breaches and Investigations

We may investigate and act upon any suspected breach of this clause without notice, and in doing so, may contact relevant authorities.

Fraud and Intellectual Property

15.1. Consequence of Fraud

We may pursue criminal and contractual remedies against any Customer who engages in fraud, false dealings or criminal activity. We will withhold payments to any suspected customer. You are obliged to make good any cost, charge, or loss which we suffer or incur as result of your fraud.

15.2. Prohibited Activity: Arbitrage

You are strictly prohibited from using our systems for financial gain through arbitrage. Any such gains are subject to being deducted from your balance.

16. Intellectual Property

16.1. Trademarks and Logos

Zuplay name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use will lead to prosecution.

16.2. Website URL

The website URL is the property of and unauthorized use on other platforms is banned.

16.3. Ownership of Systems, Odds, and Usernames

We own the rights to the service, technology, software, business systems, collectively "Systems" and odds.

  • You cannot use your profile for commercial gain (e.g., selling your account information).

  • We reserve the right to remove or reclaim inappropriate usernames.

16.4. Limitations on Use of Our Intellectual Property

18. Your Conduct and Safety

18.1. Prohibited Behavior and Consequences

We want you to enjoy the Service. However, any unlawful, inappropriate, or undesirable content or conduct related to the Service is strictly prohibited ("Prohibited Behavior"). If you engage in Prohibited Behavior, we may immediately terminate your account and/or access to the Service without notice.

iii) Causing harm to minors.

iv) Posting unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lewd, violent, hateful, or objectionable material.

v) Posting content for which you do not have the right to make available (e.g., content infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights).

vi) Posting content containing software viruses or other code designed to disrupt, destroy, or alter the Service, its presentation, or any other website, software, or hardware.

20. Complaints

20.2. Disclaimer of Liability

We will not be liable to you or any third party for our response to any complaint we receive or actions we take in connection with it.

20.3. Reporting Concerns or Questions about Bets

If any query or doubt arises about the settlement of a bet, you should lodge a bet dispute complaint to Customer Service using your registered email address to support@zuplay.com

20.4. Betting Disputes

If you believe a bet has not been settled correctly, you should email your query to Customer Service at support@zuplay.com. We will do our best to resolve the matter within a few days, but no longer than 28 days of receipt of your email.

20.5. Time Limits and Requirements for Disputes

Claims on disputes must be submitted within three (3) days from the date the wager was decided. No claims will be honored after this period. You are responsible for your account transactions. Complaints must be sent from your registered email address to support@zuplay.com.

20.6. Complaint Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, our Customer Service Department will try to reach a mutually agreeable solution. If Customer Service is unable to resolve the matter then it will be escalated in accordance with our Complaints Procedure.

Registration, Assignment, Breach, and Governing Law (without platform references)

21. Registration and Account Security

21.1. User Information Requirements

Users of the Service must use their real names and accurate information. To meet these requirements, all users must undertake to follow the following rules when signing up for the account and in managing their accounts, as follows: i) You shall not provide any false personal information to YouTube or create an account for anyone other than yourself.
